Jiangsu New Hongda Group was founded in 1992(hereafter referred to NHD), now we are consisted of Jiangsu New Hongda Group Co., Ltd. (Parent Company), Jiangsu HD&TDR Agitating Equipment Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hongda Sci-tech Development Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hongcheng Chemical Equipment Erection Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Hongrun Press-filter Co., Ltd.

NHD covers an area of 270,000m2, with standard workshop of 150,000sqm, and has total assets of RMB500 million and the annual turnover of RMB800 million. There are now more than 900 staff members.

There are four major products, rotary vacuum table filter, auto vertical press-filter, agitator & thickener, fiber candle filter & demister. Besides there are gas heating furnaces, acid distributors and tower packing etc. Totally there are products more than tens of categories and hundreds of models. Not only the major products maintain the dominant share in domestic market, but our products have been exported to Zambia, Morocco, Tunis, India, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Jordan, Iran, Korea, and Vietnam. NHD has participated in construction for hundreds of projects, with more than 1000 customers.

NHD has enormous technological potential with 260 engineers and technicians and 50 experts and owns a provincial separating machinery research center. It has established relationships with a number of institute and college, such as Nanjing University, Beijing Chemical University, and Shenyang Aluminum Magnesium D&R institute, East China Engineering Science & Technology Corporation, Wuhuan Engineering Corporation, ENFI Engineering Corporation, Institute of Metal Research Chinese Academy of Science. In recent years, NHD starts cooperation with Begg Cousland (UK) and Chemetics (A Jacbos company), which will much helpful for the international business.

NHD takes the technology development at first place and invests lots in the products improvement and development. As a technical enterprise, NHD has been granted 69 patents and technologies (10 invention patents), which keeps NHD as a technical leader at home and abroad. NHD is awarded titles as "Jiangsu high-tech enterprise" " Jiangsu excellent private enterprise", Jiangsu patents top 100 enterprises" Backbone enterprise of special alloy base of National Torch Plan" etc. Now NHD is the member of equipment service network for Alumina, Titanium Dioxide, Phosphate Fertilizer and Sulfuric Acid industries, an appointed enterprise of China Non-ferrous Metal General Corporation, the compilation unit of the Wire Mist Eliminator Sector Standard, the appointed enterprise listed in Chemical Project Construction standard.

In recent year, NHD developed lots of new product, such as disc vacuum filter, side-entry agitator, deep cone thickener, auto press-filter etc, which establish a good base for expanding business in industries of aluminum, titanium dioxide, hydrometallurgy, manganese oxide, electrolytic zinc, electrolytic manganese, electrolytic nickel, paper etc. Meanwhile, NHD successfully promoted EPC business for phosphoric acid, Ammonium Phosphate, Sulfuric Acid and Hydrometallurgical Plants, such as 50Kt/a PA&100kt/a MAP for Qinhai Chuangxin, 150kt/a PA&300kt/a DAP for Guizhou Lufa, 90kt/a PA&120kt/a DAP& 60kt/a MAP for Yunnan Zhongying etc.

In the future, NHD will continue to strengthen cooperation with reputed corporation and international company, strengthen R&D of new product and optimize products. NHD will continuously provide good service for industries of Alumina, TiO2, Sulfuric Acid, Phosphate Acid, Synthetic Ammonia, None-ferrous Metallurgy, Beneficiation, paper etc. NHD aims to build world-class of chemical equipment manufacturing base, to make greater contribution.
