Scientific division of filtration cells, arrangement of centering and supporting rollers, design of tapered supporting roller, all these contribute an evenly loaded structure and stable operation. The flatness of whole pan also can be controlled strictly.Multi-improvement settles the operation in low-graded phosphate ore, which expands the application range of rotary vacuum table fitler.The new style flat nozzle is featured with low power consumption, high scrubbing force, and water saving. It will be much better together with anti-block strainer of nozzles.The lower center distributing valve is designed with big obliquity and flow leading, which can solve the problem of scaling or block of gypsum, reduce the clean work and raise the operation rate greatly.The design of adjustable plate-type overflow distributor and scrubber can achieve good effect of evenly distributing, cake drying and washing.
